The world of dance has many benefits that truly help to enrich our lives. These benefits go well beyond the physical benefits that we hear about all the time. Dance has the ability to help different people in different ways, making it all the more powerful!

HEALTH
Dancing is an excellent source of aerobic exercise, and as with many kinds of exercise: the more you put in, the more you get out! You can lose weight, get fit, build up your stamina and tighten up muscles you never knew you had, by working hard and having fun doing it!

STRESS RELIEF
Long day at work? Rough week? It's amazing to see what just 45 minutes of dance can do to lift your spirits and get your energy puming again! In these tough times that we are facing, it's important to find activities to let us release pent up emotions so that we can experience happy moods without the stress of the day's activities!

SOCIAL
Never been the talkative type? Are you shy and hard to open up around people? Want to make friends but aren't the club and bar type? Through dance and the environment it creates, you can make friends in a safe and fun environment! You can meet lots of different people that have at least one great interest in common with you!
